How do I tell the difference between worry and anxiety? Many of us will feel anxious at some point in our lives as it’s really common, and it can often feel different for everyone. In this episode, we explore how when you worry about lots of different things a lot of the time, you might be experiencing generalised anxiety disorder (GAD).
